Here’s how role switching works, and how admins change user roles after login.
After login, use the “Switch Role” dropdown in the left sidebar. Selecting a role reloads the dashboard. Only roles assigned to your account will appear.
Admins can assign/change roles from User Management. After assignment, the user can login and/or switch roles.
